Ultimate Nordic is proud to represent many strong and renowned brands in the Norwegian market! Although all our products undergo thorough testing, unfortunately, some items may occasionally slip through without the proper quality.

We adhere to the rules of the Consumer Purchases Act and offer a minimum of two (2) years warranty as a starting point, unless an extended warranty is specified for the particular brand. The warranty covers manufacturing defects or other flaws that can be checked in the production process, and in case of defects, we will repair or replace the item with a similar product at no cost to you as the customer.
 

Important points regarding a claim:
  • Claims according to the Consumer Purchases Act should be directed towards the seller or the place of sale, i.e., where the product was sold.
  • You are required to present proof of purchase (receipt or bank statement) with the purchase amount and date, to make use of the warranty right.
  • The following brands have an extended warranty and can be taken directly against Ultimate Nordic, even if the item was not purchased from us or you lack a proof of purchase; Camelbak, Leatherman, Brusletto, and Stanley.
  • If the warranty claim is to be directed against Ultimate Nordic, you must fill out and submit our claim form. Link to the form can be found further down on this page.
     
What is not covered by the warranty:

The warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, misuse, or inadequate/incorrect maintenance, but may still be repairable for an agreed additional cost.
 

Here you file your claim:

All claims must be filed through our warranty portal and you will be easily guided through the form. Required fields are marked with an (*) and must be filled out before you can submit the form. You can only register one claim at a time, and if you have multiple claims, they must be submitted multiple times.
